All dogs must be chipped. You will be asked to sign for this. 
Sorry, no dogs under the age of 6 months and must be out of the chewing stage and house trained. 
No bitches in season or due to be in season. You will be asked to sign for this. 
Proof of vaccinations must be supplied. You will be asked to sign for this. 
Bedding, lead and collar must be supplied although we will have spares. 
Any special requirements to be in writing.
